QAFabric
Synthetic test data generation
What is QAFabric?
QAFabric is QATonic's synthetic test data platform. Define the shape of your test records, select suitable field types and locale settings, and generate fixtures for application and API testing.
The live product presents industry templates for banking, healthcare, and e-commerce, along with JSON, CSV, SQL INSERT, and Excel export options. API and CLI interfaces are also described in the product. Availability and limits depend on the current plan.
How to get started
- 1
Define a test schema
Start from an available template or define fields that reflect your application's contract. Choose constraints and locale settings to match the cases you want to test.
- 2
Generate and validate
Create a small dataset first. Verify field formats, relationships, enum values, and boundary conditions against your application's schema.
- 3
Use the fixtures
Export a supported format for your tests. If using an API or CLI, follow the current product documentation for authentication and command syntax.

]Before you use it
Synthetic data still needs validation against your business rules. Do not use real personal information in example inputs. Check current product terms, plan limits, and data-handling details before connecting a data source.
